Returns and Refunds
We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase:
- 1. You can cancel your order within 3 days from date of purchase for full refund. Cancellation must be made in person and at the same location where you made the purchase. Your refund will be processed as per our refund policy below.
- 2. After 3 days from date of purchase and before your furniture is scheduled for delivery, you can cancel your order, with a 10% restocking fee. Cancellation must be made in person and at the same location where you made the purchase. Your refund will be processed as per refund policy below.
- 3. Your furniture is opened, assembled and prepared for the delivery. If you cancel the order after your furniture has been scheduled for delivery or pick-up, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Your refund will be processed as per refund policy below.
- 4. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise after the delivery, you may return the merchandise (excluding mattress) within 3 days from delivery, for a refund less 20% restocking fee, delivery fee and an equal pick-up fee. Merchandise must be in new condition. Mattress can only be returned under our comfort exchange policy.
Refund PolicyYour refund will be processed as follows:
- 1. Purchases paid by check or cash will be refunded by check, which will be available within 14 days after the date of cancellation.
- 2. Purchases paid by credit card will be refunded back to the credit card that was charged. If a financed or credit card order needs to be changed, a new signature will be required.
